Lead IT Support Engineer London / WfH to £55k
Lead IT Support Engineer (Windows Office 365 ITIL DLP). Are you a senior IT Support Engineer seeking a role where you can take ownership and lead a small team whilst remaining hands-on with technology?
You could be joining a City based FinTech and progressing your career in a role that will enable you to see the results of your work and make a real impact.
As a Lead IT Support Engineer you will be responsible for supporting the company's corporate IT infrastructure at office sites as well as outsourced corporate services. You'll partner with the production infrastructure team to deploy and maintain the server, network and application estate and with the Cyber Security team to ensure robust processes are put it place; manage IT project implementations and help to define the IT roadmap for the organisation in conjunction with the Global Head of Infrastructure.
You'll use your expertise to help guide a small team, leading by example and advocating the use of best practice; you'll establish KPIs and help your team members to develop their skills within a collaborative and supportive environment.
The company is able to offer a remote interview / onboarding process and work from home during the social distancing measures; in time you'll join colleagues based in the City office 1-2 days a week.
