Due to a significant amount of growth the company require a Senior Electrical Development Engineer to join their purpose-built R&D centre of excellence near Bristol. As the Senior Electrical Development Engineer you would help to generate innovate ideas for new product improvements and contribute to new processes. Working alongside a Project Manager and Lead Engineer you would coordinate the design and development tasks on larger projects, as well as directing more junior Engineers and Designers. You will enjoy a diverse range of work including generating electrical schematics and cable assemblies, leading DFMEA studies, conducting design reviews, performing engineering calculations and analysing experimental data. If you have experience with electrical CAD and have been involved the design and development of systems previously, then this may be the role for you. This role would provide a salary up to £43,000 depending upon experience, plus a company bonus scheme averaging 7.5% and an excellent benefits package including 25 days holiday, generous pension scheme, life cover, health cash plan, personal development & training plans and annual salary reviews.
