Job Title:Delivery Lead / Scrum MasterInside IR35 Location:UK Department/Practice: IT Job Purpose and primary objectives: To work with customer to lead one of the product squad Key responsibilities (please specify if the position is an individual one or part of a team): ? Oversee the delivery and support of one of the key technological platforms in customer’s data factory landscape (Water squad) ? Platforms deliver Water Analytics services to several analytical products on the landscape ? Platform team works in a Devops mode and platforms use agile delivery - Scrum & Kanban for building products ? The delivery lead would be responsible for working closely with Product Owners, Platform Owners, Data Factory stakeholders, Platform Architects, and development teams ? The delivery lead would be responsible for developing, reviewing, and finalising product development plans with the identified stakeholders ? Delivery lead would facilitate the ceremonies prescribed in the chosen methodology i.e. Scrum and Kanban ? Delivery lead will work closely with other delivery leads for product/platform team to contribute towards the portfolio level planning and management ? Delivery lead will do the required reporting into Data factory lead and respective platform owners ? Delivery lead will work closely with the development teams to resolve any blockers, issues or impediments that hinder the delivery ? Delivery lead will promote agile principles and values among the teams ? Delivery lead will be using Azure Devops for managing and tracking the works across the platform ? Delivery lead will work closely with the POs and platform owners on onboarding them in ways of working of the platform and living agile values ? Should be able to contribute towards discussions related to scaling of agile and best practices in scaled agile environment - Supervisory / Managerial responsibilities (please specify if the position will have persons reporting to it): ? Manage and work with the distributed Agile team ? Help & Guide the team to deliver as per customer expectation Key Skills/Knowledge: ? Experienced Agile/Scrum/Kanban practitioner ? Extensive experience with agile methodology and implementations using agile ? Experience as a Scrum Master with relevant industry certifications ? Experience of leading platform teams, developing products would be useful ? Good communication skills, excellent stakeholder engagement skills ? Experience in Geospatial technology/Data Science/Water Utility preferable ? Scaled agile experience and industry certification would be handy Experience required: Duration of the Assignment: 6 months
