release and environments manager

innocent started with a simple mission: to make drinks that make it easy to do yourself some good. In 1999 we concocted a few smoothies in our kitchen and tested them on people at a music festival; today we're blending every type of fruit & veg under the sun and selling drinks right across Europe. We have great ambitions: to show the world that you can build a successful business that cares about more than just profit, and to leave things better than we find them. We're proud to call ourselves Europe's favourite little healthy drinks company, but we're still growing. And that means we need more brilliant people who share our ambition, to join in with the next, most exciting, part of our story.

what you'll be doing

We're looking for a D365 Release and Environments Manager to join our Finance & Supply ERP Platform team. We want to be known as "The Earth's Favourite Healthy Little Drinks Company" which means setting ambitious and inspiring targets.  To us this this means doing the right thing by our people, the planet and the community. We want to foster a community & team that are truly proud of the products that they make and the impact we can have whilst we do it. The whole team will want to connect to the wider community, doing our bit and being a true B Corp.

Reporting to the Finance & Supply ERP Platform Lead, you will be responsible for managing the releases and technical environments that underpin our new Dynamics 365 ERP technology we're in the process of implementing. You'll be continuously striving for best in class service approaches, as well as ensuring you and your colleagues work & stay safe.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing functional and technical releases of our D365 applications suite
  • Planning and coordinating the releases
  • Managing the many D365 and inter-related systems environments (Dev, Test, QA, Prod)
  • Collaborating with our applications teams to schedule the releases
  • Run release planning and go-live readiness check meetings

you'll have

  • Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 technical infrastructure
  • Experience in planning of technical IT releases
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills

you'll get

This is a brilliant opportunity to make a real difference and prove that there is a better way of doing business and a better way of running a business operations team and looking after the employees within it.

If you think you have everything we're looking for and more, then we'd love to hear from you. You'll need to get your skates on though, as applications close on 7th April.

Dolly Parton may have worked Nine to Five but you don't have to. We're open to a chat about flexible working. No promises, but we reckon that if it's good for you, then it's good for us. We're all about building a workplace for the future here at innocent, we believe in equal opportunities and we celebrate diversity. We're an inclusive workplace, where everyone is welcome, everyone can be natural, and be the best versions of themselves. You'll help us to keep doing business the right way - keeping innocent an inclusive and inspiring place to work, using our B Corp status to inspire wider change, and reinforcing our culture of staying little as we grow big.

No agencies please.
