An opportunity has arisen to join the IT Applications Systems team. You will have a lead role working as part of a small team to deliver systems support for a range of applications such as Uniform & Northgate; answering user queries, dealing with system issues, upgrades and maintaining system integrity.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of working across a range of IT applications including a good working knowledge of either Uniform or Northgate and the ability to use Microsoft office at a professional level. Previous experience of systems administration is preferable.
Experience of delivering first line support and problem resolution is desirable as is data extraction skills such as SQL and business objects.
Candidates should demonstrate they are able to use their initiative & prioritise in a customer driven reactive environment; with a passion for accuracy and attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects to introduce new functionality & develop the applications to support high quality service delivery.
Your main place of work will be the award-winning, modern Civic Centre in Keynsham, halfway between Bath and Bristol, easily accessible via car or public transport, with a train station 5 minutes walk away.
