Front End Developer Remote Working / WfH / London to £90k

Front End Developer (JavaScript React Next.js). High growth scale-up FinTech is seeking a Front End Developer to design and develop client facing solutions for the core product, a highly complex platform that facilitates the largest and highest profile mergers, acquisitions and IPOs in the world.

As a Front End Developer you'll collaborate with a friendly Agile team but also take ownership of particular areas to deliver highly scalable and flexible applications that enable fast and user friendly experiences.

You'll be working with modern technologies including React and Next.js as well as Reactive Programming, TypeScript, CSS3, HTML5 and testing tools such Jest and Cucumber within a CI/CD environment.

The company is able to offer a remote interview and onboarding process as well as the ability to work fulltime from anywhere in the UK with the caveat that following social distancing measures you'll join the team once a quarter in the London office for a meet-up.

Requirements:

You have strong JavaScript skills including ES6, React and Next.js

You have a good knowledge of Design Patterns such as MVC, MVVM

You're an advocate of clean code and best practice and have used at least one of the following test tools: Jest, Cucumber, Karma, Mocha

You have a good working knowledge of Agile methodologies

You're collaborative with great communication skills, comfortable working as part of a remote team
