c. £60k base + 26 days holiday, 10% non-contributory pension + more

Our client is a global investment and wealth management business with a portfolio in excess of £100 billion and c. 1 million customers. As a highly established recruitment partner for IT / tech personnel we have been asked to assist in the hire of a Business Design Analyst to join the growing team. This role would normally be based out of Southampton. Candidates needing 100% home working post covid may be considered, although there is likely to visit Southampton 1-2 days per week post covid (to be confirmed).

The successful Business Design Analyst will have proven experience of working on financial applications and will work closely with stakeholders, analysing and designing business solutions to produce technical requirement documentation.

Key skills

*Solid experience as a Business Analyst / Business Design Analyst within the financial services sector

*Experience of working of ERP projects

*Proven stakeholder engagement skills

*Experience in Finance processes - general ledger accounting, consolidation, allocations, reporting, accounts payable etc

*Finance applications exposure - General Ledgers like JDE, Workday, Sage, Sun, SAP and consolidation/ reporting tools like HFM and Essbase.

*Experience in archiving applications - gathering requirements, defining dictionaries, defining reports, specifying data

*Solvency II experience would be beneficial

Base salary c. £60k + you will be entitled to 26 days holiday (pro rata), enrolment into the company's incentive scheme, a 10% non-contributory company pension scheme that can be boosted through personal contributions, and a cash benefits allowance.
