ServiceNow Technical Consultant - £60,000 - £70,000 - RemoteI am currently working with a ServiceNow Partner who are looking to bring in a ServiceNow Technical Consultant. The company themselves are currently growing and are looking to bring a new member into their team who has the capabilities to make a real impact towards the future of the company as well as the direction of which they go in.Responsibilities:Leading the creation and delivery of solutions for customers while considering the requirements during the process design while adhering to ServiceNow best practiceCollaborating and contributing to the creation, deployments and maintenance of the technical best practice and standardsEnsure that work which is being delivered is completed in a consistent, high quality mannerContribute towards the continual improvement of the ServiceNow Platform by enhancing the processes throughout the projectManagement of clients after the initial project implementationExperience:Active listening skills, respecting others' point of view and takes ownership of contributing the required input while demonstrating strong communication skillsProven experience as a key technical resource leading the development and delivery of ITSM solutionsExperience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodologyKnowledge of ITILDemonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks)Ownership, accountability, and attention to detail in all work effortsAbility to make decisions which have significant impact on the department's credibility, operations, and servicesQualifications:4+ years working on the ServiceNow PlatformITIL CertifiedExperience working with CSM (Customer Service Management)
