SCCM Administrator Barnwood, Gloucester, UK We are looking for a SCCM Administrator to: ? Be responsible for creation and Release of application packages for Citrix and desktop environments ? Own and update the task sequence of image ? Take care of Patch and Image management, Software deployment ? Manage WIN-10 Annual feature release upgrade (September Release) ? Solution the upgrade/implementation of annual Win-10 OS release, drive change control, manage issues and escalation, cross team coordination and milestone management ? Work closely with peers in the deployment of Microsoft updates, third party patching, application and operating system deployments and Windows 10 servicing ? Resolve tickets and incidents opened by end users for SCCM client, application/ patch deployments, new system image certification and Windows client deployments ? Build, test and deploy the corporate desktop image management solution ? Package, test and deploy business software packages and updates to the end-user environment ? Execute inventory management processes of end-user hardware and software assets ? Create scripting solutions within PowerShell for various administrative needs ? Conduct testing and evaluation of new hardware models ? Participate in standard image development, management, QA testing, and deployment ? Provide support for L2 issue escalations/tickets ? Participate in BAU Operational support and Projects delivery work as instructed by the Line Manager ? Create VB and Powershell scripts ? Application discovery/information gathering as part of packaging ? Build, test and deploy application packages for the desktop and Citrix environments ? Participate and lead, when needed, the project meetings with the customer Skills required: ? Should possess basic knowledge in networking and AD administration ? Should be able to prioritize and execute tasks independently without escalations in a high-pressure environment ? Experience in WaaS Implementation - WIN-10 ? Understand each feature of new WaaS and WIN-10 OS build types ? Highly experience in managing SCCM environment ? Prior experience in Desktop Engineering, Patch Management, Image Management, Software Deployment ? Excellent knowledge on implementation and management of Microsoft SCCM 2012 R2/Current Branch ? Good knowledge on Server and Desktop Operating systems ? Good knowledge on OS deployment using MDT, SCCM or any other tools ? Basic knowledge on network management ? Basic knowledge on Active Directory ? Good Administration Knowledge on Microsoft System Centre site server and distribution point. ? Sound knowledge on Software deployment through various tools. ? Sound knowledge on imaging administration ? Sound knowledge on OS patch management for Server and Desktop OS ? Sound knowledge on Application packaging, deployment and troubleshooting ? Possess strong knowledge on OS deployment using MDT, SCCM or any other tools ? Possess strong troubleshooting, reasoning and problem-solving skills ? Possess strong experience in handling issues in Windows OS ? Constantly seeks to improve technical knowledge and researches new product capabilities ? Sharing Global Threat updates with the cross functional teams to create awareness on as and when basis ? Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills ? Must have valid SC clearance/ Eligible ? Experience in Agile and Scrum development methodology ? SoE, Application discovery, packaging and deployment ? Continued operational support coverage - Working in 24X7 global environments ? Take responsibility for resolving problems in most effective way possible within SLA reaching root cause and preventing problems ? On-call support (as required) to be provided from 6:00pm to 7:00am on weekdays and 24 hours on the weekends (inclusive of Public Bank Holidays) on rotation basis
