Job Title:Audio-Video (Studio room) solution expert with Delivery & Project management.Inside IR35 Location:UK-Nottingham Department/Practice:Infra Audio-Video Specialist Job Purpose and primary objectives: Responsible for ensuring WBA Studio Room (US & UK) designs are validated to meet business requirements, ensure Studio Room deployment completed by Third-Party or OEM as per approved designs meeting the business expectation. Project Managment of Third-Party/OEM deliverables, tasks & deliverables. Strong technical Lead to shape the solution & manage deployment of WBA Studio Room Audio-Video design & solution for USA & UK (1 Studio room in USA-Chicago, 1 Studio room in UK-Nottingham) Key responsibilities (please specify if the position is an individual one or part of a team): Ensure WBA Studio Room (US & UK) designs meet business requirements, ensure Studio Room deployment completed by Third-Party or OEM meet WBA Business , IT, IT-Security standards. ? Validate, recommend in enterprise Audio-Video solution deployment, Corporate Studio solution & design, Internal events & external event broadcast. ? Guide & drive corporate office Studio Rooms setup for various kinds of events for internal & external ? Manage Audio Video deployment project tasks, activities for appointed vendor or OEM ? Co-relate, understand propose Interoperability of various Audio-Video solutions together. ( PolyComm, MS Teams, etc..) ? Discuss with business on expectations on Studio Room & translating business demands & requirements translating to IT Solution for Audio-Video solution. ? Engage with IT security teams for assessing IT security aspects of Audio Video solution and closely working with client security teams ensuring best of security measures are met. ? Stake holder management, planning & organizing. ? Coordinate with non IT teams i.e. (Facilities, Building Admin, BMS teams), to ensure proposed Audio Video solution and infrastructure. Key Skills/Knowledge: Must-Have ? Extensive experience in enterprise Audio-Video solution deployment, Corporate Studio solution & design, Internal events & external event broadcast. ? Experience in Audio Video deployment project tasks, activities. ? Experience in Interoperability of various Audio-Video solutions together. ( PolyComm, MS Teams, etc..) ? Experiencing in translating business demands & requirements translating to IT Solution for Audio-Video solution. ? Experience in assessing IT security aspects of Audio Video solution and closely working with client security teams ensuring best of security measures are met. ? Experience in stake holder management, planning & organizing. Good-to-Have ? Experience in working with non IT teams i.e. (Facilities, Building Admin, BMS teams), to ensure proposed Audio Video solution and infrastructure. ? Experience in corporate office Studio Rooms setup for various kinds of events for internal & external. Experience required:7-12+ Years Duration of the Assignment:4 months Person Specification: I.e. Negotiating, client facing, communication, assertive, team leading/team member skills, supportive. ? The role is client facing and hence the communication must be very good. ? The person must be assertive and must be a good team player.
