Salesforce Business Analyst - West Midlands (Flexible Working)As a Salesforce Business Analyst you will play a pivotal role across this large team of Salesforce certified professionals, bridging the product team to the c-level stakeholders. You will be translating the technical requirements working closely with various stakeholders, designing and building solutions.This organisation are investing heavily in Salesforce, enabling you to get exposure to a range of the most up to date clouds and products in the eco-system. You will have a key focus on utilising your data analytics skill set and taking lead on an upcoming data migration project. Also, you will be building out a range of workflows and validation rules driving the configuration work across the instance. As well as managing a range of projects across Salesforce and supporting the wider Salesforce users.

Key Skills:Hands on experience with Salesforce (Classic and Lightning)Strong Salesforce product knowledge (Sales & Service Cloud preferred)Solution build and designGathering requirements from c-level stakeholdersCreating training materials and training usersSalesforce configuration and customisationYou will be joining a globally established end user that offer a range of flexible working, allowing their employees to work from home for a majority for the week.
