Support Analyst - REMOTE
Jefferson Wells are recruiting for a 3 month contract, to start immediately. This candidate will provide support in mostly EU region.
Requirements: Intermediate level skill set with multiple years' experience with Windows OS, software applicationsExperience with large scale Windows OS rollouts and upgradesExperience with desktop management tools (SCCM)Experience with application packagingExperience with InTune/AutoPilot a plusExperience with using service desk for managing workload and prioritiesExperience with Bomgar remote control managementGood customer service skills with remote support experienceFlexible work hours may be needed occasionally to support differences in times zones within the region.
