For this role they require a senior surveyor with a strong knowledge of current legislation, building regulations and significant previous building control experience.

Now they are looking to appoint a Principal Building Control Surveyor that is organised, proactive, client focused, up to date with building regulations and legislation and able to assist the regional manager.

In this role you will be office/remote based in Manchester and completing site inspections in and around the Manchester area. You will be assisting the regional manager in completing site inspections and creating building control plans with a client focus to ensure all projects adhere to current building regulations and legislation. You will be working for a range of private and local authority clients on high rise residential and commercial projects.
