Technical Business Analyst London to £75k

Technical Business Analyst (KYC Customer Onboarding) *Remote Interview WfH*. Are you a tech savvy Business Analyst with Customer Onboarding experience? You could be progressing your career at a fast growing FinTech solutions provider whose SaaS banking applications are helping to disrupt UK consumer banking and bring technology enabled change that effects people's everyday lives.

As a Technical Business Analyst you'll partner with multiple feature teams, completing detailed analysis on your assigned journey's, features and epics and translate these into meaningful user stories with acceptance criteria to help shape the product roadmap with a focus on customer onboarding on the core banking platform. You'll evangelise refinement, facilitate SME discussions and collaborate with software engineering teams and the wider business being mindful of cross project dependencies.

There's currently a fully remote interview and onboarding process as well as the ability to work from home fulltime for the foreseeable; when possible you'll join colleagues in the London office for 1-2 days a week.

Requirements:

Advanced Business Analysis skills with experience of Agile delivery using Scrum or SAFe

Advanced experience with requirements gathering, writing epics and user stories with acceptance criteria (using TDD / BDD)

Experience within a KYC (Know Your Customer / Client) environment

Technical knowledge of RESTful APIs, with a good understanding of microservices

Experience working closely with software developers and UX designers, translating wireframes into user stories

Ideally you will have experience within a financial services environment and with B2B customer onboarding

Collaborative nature with excellent written and verbal communication skills
