Contract role - Dynamics365 and Azure focused Incident Manager / SDM / Process Improvement Project Manager with strong ITIL Service Improvement experience needed asap to sit between client, Vendor / 3rd party support provider and Interface with Microsoft. Fully remote / WFH.
You will be taking the lead role in managing relationships, resolving Technical issues, P1 incidents relating to D365 solutions as a number of teething pains are occurring related to Microsoft global upgrades/patches (well documented) and improving response rate, accuracy, process, working relationships between all parties.
