Junior Business Process Design Analyst Are you a Business Process Analyst who has experience in service design or business improvements if so then give me a callThe Head office for this client is Birmingham but you will only have to go into the office 2 days a week so can look at someone slightly further afield. You will be supporting business functions to identify how IT and business change can help support their plans and to challenge Business Processes. You will have an understanding of operating during the entire IT Life cycle from initial project inception, architecture and design, through project delivery and effective support through to business as usual. Exposure to Business Change as well as LEAN / Six Sigma processes and have experience of process mapping and Business process Re/engineering (BPR).You will have some communication skills and work with IT and the Business users in order to articulate business problems into formal business requirements and functional . Some generic business analysis skills are of interest as is exposure to the Legal Sector.
