The Technical EUC Architect represents the Operations Team by delivering projects in line with the clients' requirements. As an Engineer you will be supporting their Customers and Services teams with the design, delivery and support of End User solutions. You will contribute to all project documentation such as; SoW, HLD, DLD, Proposals and documents as required.

Manage and administer technical issues for customers. Propose and implement the latest technology for increased user productivity and IT perception

The role is based across the Midlands and on site at various customer locations UK wide.

Desired skills

- Proven working experience of End User Compute solution delivery

- Industry relevant certifications including Microsoft, Citrix

- Microsoft technologies including - Windows 10, SCCM, Intune, EM+S, Autopilot

- Microsoft Office technologies including - Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business & Team

- Citrix Workspace technologies including - XenDesktop, XenApp, Citrix Profile Manager, MCS & ADC (NetScaler)

- Microsoft Public Cloud technologies including - Azure AD, Azure Identity, IaaS, Paas, SaaS etc

- Production of High/Low Level Designs and Pre sales capabilities
