Service Desk Team LeaderSolihull The RoleThis is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious individual to their career to the next level and also to join a recognised award winning IT services and technology partner.You will be running your own team of 5-10 people within the IT Service Desk so being Confident and outspoken with play key for this role.As well as leading your team you will assist with resolving daily ticket issues so if you enjoy that fast pace life this is 100% the role for you.
