Key Requirements:

Strong in-depth knowledge of graphic design for print, digital and web (UI/UX).

Demonstrative Visualizing and conceptualizing skills

Communicate ideas through images, layout of websites and printed pages using variety of design elements to achieve artistic results.

Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and comply with brand guidelines.

Able to work on variety of graphic outputs including, but not limited to; multimedia content such as video and infographics, Image Editing, Flyer design, Corporate brochure design, Design for exhibitions and events, Design for flex banners on web sites, Business cards design, Image advertisements design, designing banner ads, Mailers, Web design prototype and wire-framing, template designing, creating vectors, social media posting images and logo designing.

The ability to brainstorm with team and provide creative direction.

Designing and enhancing user interface keeping in mind the usability principles, design aesthetics and current market trends

Technically proficient in graphic designing, illustration skills & other applications required.

Develop design concepts that meet the business objectives of the organisation and advance our brand strategy.

Must be operationally sound and capable of handling project from brief to release.

Motion Graphics Designer- Video Editor, who can deliver projects to a high standard, demonstrating creativity, quality and consistency.

You will work closely with the marketing team, on creating teasers, Infographic Videos, promotional videos and other marketing assets.

Handle all technical aspects of video production.

Technical skills required:

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Illustrator

Corel Draw

Adobe InDesign

Adobe Premiere Pro

Adobe After Effects

Adobe XD

Intermediate knowledge of HTML/CSS3 and responsive designs

Understanding Export/Rendering i.e., Codec, Frame rate, Audio Frequency, Sizing for Social Media Platforms.

In addition to Technical skills:

Ability to understand the requirements and convert them to graphics output using creativity and skills.

Strong analytical skills, conceptual thinking and problem solving.

Target oriented, structured work to stay focused even in challenging situations.

Team focused with a positive approach.

Excellent verbal and written communication methods

Knowledge and experience on 2D animation software like Flash will be an added advantage but not compulsory.
