In this role you will be tasked with planning and leading the implementation of NPI projects across the business. The successful candidate will oversee their own team of skilled engineers and be highly involved in all areas of the company from working with customers, suppliers and engineering departments to ensure projects are completed from initial concept through to delivery.

This role would therefore suit an individual with strong NPI Project Management experience who is looking to play a key role at a rapidly expanding world leading company.

The Role:

*Programme Manager

*Delivering NPI Projects

*Liaising with all areas of the business

*Travelling to suppliers and customers when required

The Person:

*Programme Manager/ Project Manager

*Comes from an Engineering background

*Background working in Automotive/ Automotive Manufacturing is essential

*Knowledge of Automotive quality and manufacturing standards
