My telecoms client who is based in London is looking for a Global Expenses Process Lead
This is for an initial 12 month contract.

The role is to support the Global Source to Pay Process Owner for our global Finance and Procurement transformation programme, Make Finance Brilliant. The programme will replace a large part of our Finance systems across the BT Group and includes the implementation of SAP S/4 Hana.

What you'll be doing
The Global Expenses Process Lead will work to optimise the phases which have gone live and working closely with functional and business colleagues to define future phases of transformation in travel and expenses.
*Lead process improvement to optimise business process, application functionality and business compliance
*Point of contact for any process related change requests or enhancements
*Own the relationship for Concur expenses both across the business and with the transformational partner teams
*Define and own detailed plans to meet programme and transformation milestones, escalating risks and issues and important decisions
*Lead process walk throughs to ensure business understanding and drive adoption of the solution
*Lead business change management and engagement to support continuous improvement initiatives
*Support testing and quality management review of the solution design
*Ensure training material, process documentation and other supporting material are developed and maintained

We'll also need to see these on your CV
*Experience of designing and delivering Concur expenses globally
*Process mapping, developing strategic KPIs, managing controls & risks.
*Strives to drive business improvements and contribute to the success of the business
*Experience of developing, reviewing and implementing process change
*Initiative to perform successfully in a rapidly changing environment.
*Strong and collaborative working approach with a diverse group of stakeholders in multiple locations.
*Excellent communication skills, writing, facilitation, collaboration and interpersonal skills
*Demonstrable understanding of employee expense best practice process and controls.
