The successful candidate will have previous experience of providing change in a team leader or management position within a complex environment. You'll be well versed in change and project management, and have a strong IT background.There may be a requirement for overseas travels and multi-site visits pending travel restrictions. Core Duties/Responsibilities LeadershipProvide day-to-day leadership and support to the change management effort for assigned projects.Develop, drive, complete and adapt change plans and tools for assigned projects.Apply change management method, processes and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by assigned projects.Plan, communicate and implement change ensuring all those affected fully understand the nature and implications of such change.Get the best out of people by giving enthusiastic and encouraging messages on priorities, objectives and expectations.Be visible to your teams and our clients, and regularly undertake activities to engage and build trust with the team, the client and the stakeholders.Prioritise functional and hierarchical escalations from clients to ensure they receive the highest level of service.Own and be responsible for the management of client Change Requests (CR) Collaboration and partneringEffectively manage team dynamics when working across disciplines and capabilities.Build strong relationships with the business and client, through a solid and empathetic understanding of the project impacts on people, to assist in shaping and delivering the project and their associated change plans.Be involved in the work and collaborate with team members as part of the creation and solution-finding process.Work closely with the Practice Leader to ensure there is sufficient resource to deliver change.Work closely with the Risk & Compliance Manager to deliver audit responses for ISO 27001.Assist with pre-sales activities relating to change management for new clients including tender response preparation and client presentations. Sharing and LearningUnderstand the client's business so as to be able to have discussions confidently.Develop enough understanding of the technical domain to be able to recognise the technical risks arising from the development process. Risk ManagementAnalyse and evaluate information and identify risks to make considered recommendations to appropriate escalation points.Establish and manage robust governance for projects and programmes, including RACI, dependency mapping, risk and stakeholder management and reporting. Skills, Knowledge & ExperiencePrevious experience in a Change or Project Management role.Knowledge and working experience of change management processes.You are a team player with good interpersonal skills and a drive to take ownership of and responsibility for the tasks assigned to you.Strong and effective communicator with a responsible and professional approach.Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge supportively and effectively where appropriate.Able to communicate professionally with both clients and colleagues, using interpersonal skills to work with other teams to resolve outstanding issues.Be client focused making their needs a top priority.Has a positive "can do" attitude towards technical and commercial challenges Relevant certifications such as BCS Specialist Certificate in Change Management, ITIL Service Management Certification, PRINCE 2 Practitioner Certification and evidence of continued professional development/learning.
