All solutions provide time-saving benefits for the medical practitioner whilst achieving minimal direct contact with patients.Specialising within Telehealth and IT industries, Microtech has developed an extensive customer and contracts base, including their long-standing partnership with the NHS.Microtech houses over 75 staff including a full-time fully staffed service desk with field engineer's based throughout Scotland and the UK.In 2021 Microtech Group undertook a brand re-alignment, condensing many of their established sectors into two significant divisions, streamlining the brand and simplifying the customer experience. This included the onboarding of a new Commercial Director and Sales Director, along with the launch of a brand-new website.The Role:As Product Manager your will be responsible for providing product vision, creating roadmaps and taking our solutions to market. We are looking for someone who understands technology and the application development process. Previous experience in the delivery of health care solutions is desirable. We're also looking for the candidate to have a deep understanding of web and app technologies and cloud solutionsKey Responsibilities Identify users' needs through research and analysisTranslate business requirements into technical requirementsActively participate in the design review process with the development teamDefine and prepare product specifications, maintain and prioritise the feature backlog, and coordinate releasesCreate user stories and work closely with technical teams throughout the wireframe designWork closely with the Development Lead during design and development phasesWork closely with the CTO / Technical Director during deployment and transition to support phasesWork closely with the Commercial Director and digital marketing teamTrack product performance indicators such as revenue, product usage analyticsProject Manage various workstreams across multiple productsExperience:Experience within a product management related technology role is essentialExperience working within in a fast-moving technology company.Experience driving product developments to completionExperience making hard, data-driven decisionsExperience working within an agile environmentExperience managing teams of differing skill sets and backgroundsExperience managing multiple projects and product lines simultaneouslyPlease click the APPLY button to send your CV for this role.Candidates with experience or relevant job titles of; Senior Product Executive, IT Product Officer, Product Development, Marketing Research, Product, Marketing, IT, Telecoms, will also be considered for this role.
