This included the onboarding of a new Commercial Director and Sales Director, along with the launch of a brand-new website.The Role:The Software Developer is part of an agile development team, that builds and works on software systems on top of the Microsoft .NET development stack. The Software Developer is involved in all areas of development from design to development to testing.The Software Developer will perform related work as required.Key Responsibilities Working with an agile team to develop, test, and maintain desktop and server based business applications for all development projects and client deliveriesPreparing reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of softwareDesign, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standardsParticipate in reviews of solutions designs and related codePackage and support deployment of developed solutions and releasesWorking with teammates in the migration of older applications to newer technologiesDeveloping, refining, and tuning integrations between applicationsAnalysing and resolving technical and application problemsAdhering to high-quality development principles while delivering software solutions on-time and on-budgetProviding support to customersExperience:Experience in web development using ASP.Net Core, C#, Razor and Entity FrameworkSolid understanding of object orientated programming conceptsExperience and knowledge of Microsoft Azure hosting servicesMobile App development using XamarinSolid understanding of relational database design and querying conceptsFamiliarity with version control conceptsKnowledge pf agile development methodologiesKnowledge of unit testing theoryStrong desire to learnBenefits:Company pensionOn-site parkingPlease click the APPLY button to send your CV for this role.Candidates with experience or relevant job titles of; Software Development, Software Engineer, Software analyst, Front End, Systems Analyst, IT, Systems Engineer, Software design, Computing will also be considered for this role.
