Project Manager Contract Role (Outside IR35)

Business Change Project

Rate: £450 per day.

Contract Length: 9-12 months

Location: Warrington

Start Date: ASAP

Remote working: Initially, yes. Once restrictions ease you would be needed to be on site 2-3 days per week (Likely post July).

I am currently working with an exciting client which is a non-profit organisation and works within a range of sectors such as Financial, Energy and Communications. They are currently going through a very large Business Change Transformation which will be focused around new ways of working for 400+ employees and new system implementation.

Job responsibilities and Key Requirements.

• Engaging with multiple stake holders with the business at all levels, to manager and deliver a range of Business Change projects that will include people and processes.
• Producing project management documentation, including business cases with cost benefit analysis and modelling
• Experience of delivering a variety of projects that cover people and processes.
• Experience of utilising multiple business change tools and techniques when implementing change across an organisation.
• A proven track record in delivering business change using waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Someone that can hit the ground running and keep a high level of accountability towards the required deliverable.
