Expertise in developing the PKI elements of Defence IT infrastructures;

Technical leading;

Trust Service;

Authentication Services;

Smart Card Management and Login;

MS CA, ILM, MIIS, AD, Cert Services;

System Control Certificate Services;

Digital Signing and Encryption Services;

Certificate Policy Definition and Compliance;

Cross Certification and Interoperability Standards;

Definition and Issuing Processes and Role Responsibilities;

X.509 v3 Certificate Structure

MANDATORY SKILLS REQUIRED:
