Excellent role on offer for an Engineering Manager looking to join a state of the art, world renowned engineering facility where you will play a key role in day to day engineering whilst managing a highly skilled team. Do you have experience in a Management level role? Do you have a background in Industrial Engineering working with multi-disciplined teams? Established many years ago, this leading specialist works with the most recognised manufacturers within the engineering space. Constantly having to adapt to the ever-changing nature of the industry, they are always working on exciting industry first projects and require a talented and ambitious Engineering Manager to support this. In this position you will be responsible for managing the engineering aspects of the companies operation and the development of the site through continuous improvement activities. You will play a key role in developing a skilled team of engineers whilst ensuring that there is a constant drive along with the management of new technology introduced to the site. The ideal person for this role will have previous management experience and a background working in an Industrial setting. You will need to have worked in a multi disciplined team with a mixture of Electrical, Mechanical and Systems engineers.
