I am currently working with a Limerick based client seeking a Dynamics 365 professional for an exciting support position. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work for a widely successful business with exciting plans for the future!Responsibilities:Liaise with other members of the technical teams in the diagnosis and resolution of support issuesPlay an important role in software upgrade workTake ownership of the resolution of technical problems with the core applicationBe part of a future AX2009-D365F&O implementation The RoleProvide Development Support and first and second level cover for Dynamics AX UsersComplete software incident management activities including fault investigation, fault diagnosis and software fix testing and remote installHelp provide an understanding of AX functionality from a code point of viewLiaise with other Dynamics Consultants and Developers in problem resolutionPrioritising and managing work load according to fault severityKey Skills:Third level degree in a relevant discipline3 years' experience in a software or systems support role with good troubleshooting skillsUnderstanding of relational databasesWillingness to continue learning and develop your technical skillsKnowledge of Dynamics AX is essential and D365 F&O highly desirableKnowledge of SQL, (including understanding of management studio & reporting services)It is desirable for applicants to have experience in a programming language although not essentialPlease note this role will initially be fully remote but post lockdown there will be expectations of being on site therefore you must be based local to/willing to relocate/travel to Limerick.
