£53,000 - 60,000 + Commission (OTE 75k - 80k+) + Company Car + Excellent Benefits

An excellent opportunity for a Natural Leader with a background in access contract/Fire/Warden Call/Nurse Call or similar systems who is looking for an autonomous role and help grow a company who have a fantastic growth plan for this role and the business.

In this role you will be managing, mentoring, and supporting field sales teams, negotiating and closing agreements with large customers. Alongside this you will be overseeing and implementing effective sales strategies.

This role would suit an experienced sales or project manager with a background in the sales of Access Control/CCTV/Warden Call/Similar who has successfully delivered successfully into the commercial sector. You must be looking for an autonomous and rewarding position you can mould into your own.
