Role: Security ConsultantLocation: Fully remoteLength: 6 MonthsRate: £400 - £440/day (inside IR35) We are looking for a security consultant to assist with our clients customer and banking systems.You will be expected to provide a specialist cybersecurity service by performing 3rd party security reviews on new to bank suppliers (which will range from well established IT firms to newer Fin-techs). You will also provide advice to projects, change initiatives, and senior management/the wider group. Skills needed:Knowledge and understanding of the security related technical controls which prevent / mitigate Cyber Security risks.Knowledge and demonstrable experience of information security related policy, standards and methodologies and associated information security legislation and scheme standards, particularly the ISO27001 Framework.Understanding of the attack vectors, methods and actors in relation to Cyber securityStrong analytical skills and the ability to work across a wide variety of frameworks and models.Able to identify and communicate risk at an Enterprise level.Stakeholder management & influencing skills across a broad range of technical and non-technical stakeholders.Great presentation/communication (oral and written) skills - able to convey complex technical concepts and issues to non-technical colleagues.
