Job Description Nigel Frank International recherche un consultant Business Analyst pour renforcer son équipe BA IT sur le programme de notre client. Cette mission est à pourvoir à temps plein jusqu'à la fin de l'année. La mission est située dans le sud de Bruxelles. Notre client respecte les mesures gouvernementales en ce qui concerne le télétravail et le travail sur site. Il est nécessaire que le consultant puisse travailler de manière régulière sur site lors d'un retour à la normale.Notre client, leader des réseaux gaz et électricité est la société responsable des activités de gestion et d'exploitation des réseaux de distribution d'électricité et de gaz naturel dans 200 villes et communes wallonnes.

Role & ResponsibilitiesDans le cadre de la mise en place de clearing House centralisée et de l'échange de messages entre les diférents acteurs du marché, notre client souhaite mettre en place, en complément au monitoring Infrastructure IT, un monitoring applicatif afin de pouvoir identifier de manière proactive les incidents applicatifs, les risques de manquements aux KPI marchés, les risques de manquements des SLA marchés.En collaboration avec l'architecte de solution, la confimation des besoins business et IT en monitoring et Alerting pour le programme.Identification des GAPS de solution et la proposition de solutions.La traduction des besoins business en IT en spécifications fonctionnellles pour les équipes de développementsL'écriture et l'exécution des cas de tests en suivant les règles de gouvernance du client.Dans un second temps, il sera également impliqué dans le support Post Go Live du projet.

This mission is to be filled full time until the end of the year. The mission is located in the south of Brussels. Our client complies with government measures regarding teleworking and on-site work. It is necessary for the consultant to be able to work on site on a regular basis when the situation returns to normal.Our client, a leader in gas and electricity networks, is the company responsible for the management and operation of electricity and natural gas distribution networks in 200 Walloon towns and cities.

Role & ResponsibilitiesWithin the framework of the implementation of a centralized clearing house and the exchange of messages between the different market players, our client wishes to set up, in addition to the IT infrastructure monitoring, an application monitoring system in order to proactively identify application incidents, the risks of breaches of market KPIs and the risks of breaches of market SLAs.In collaboration with the solution architect, the confimation of business and IT needs in monitoring and alerting for the program.

Identification of solution GAPS and proposal of solutions.

Translating the business and IT needs into specifications that work for the development teams.

Writing and executing test cases according to the customer's governance rules.

In a second step, he will also be involved in the Post Go Live support of the project. Skills & Qualifications3 years of experience as a Market-oriented Functional Analyst

3 years of experience in functional analysis of UML diagrams

3 years of experience in testing methodology and techniques (integration and functional)

2 years of experience in Agile/Scrum methodology

Knowledge of MIG 6 if possible

Dynamics AX 2012 experience

The mastery of French is mandatory12 months contract and valid visa
