Each year they process over four million insurance claims, saving leading insurers tens of millions of pounds.The RoleThey are currently looking for an experienced Lead Drainage Engineers. You will be joining their Underground Services team of Drain Repair Specialists, mainly attending domestic properties to repair drains to the household, with minimal disruption to the customer.Key Responsibilities:To carry out excavation and repairs of standard drainage systems on both pre-planned and emergency drainage projectsTo logically investigate drainage systems by assessing and analysing data to determine defects and ownershipTo read and understand surveyor and report writer reportsTo use CCTV camera equipment to aid in installing CIPP lining and patch linersTo accurately identify buried services and to trace existing drains using CAT and GennyTo reinstate different domestic surface types, such as paving slabs, block paving, cold lay tarmac or concrete; at the customer's property whilst maintaining the organisations high standards and attention to detailLiaising with customers to talk through work requirementsThe Candidate:Must have experience in a lead roleTo be a flexible team player with a developed attention to detail that shows initiativeTo be proactive with the ability to deliver to set deadlinesGood leadership qualities and a supportive approach to mentoring less experienced members of the teamKnowledge of drainage systems and excavationsCurrent UK driving licenceGood understanding of Microsoft OfficeConfined spaces trainingLining CertificatePlease click on the APPLY button to send your CV and Cover Letter for this role.Candidates with the relevant experience or job titles of; Waterworks Maintenance, Flood Engineer, Senior Drainage Engineer, Drainage Technician, Drainage Maintenance may also be considered for this role.
