Are you a Contracts Manager with experience of working within an industrial / manufacturing environment? Are you looking for a varied role where you will cover multiple sites across around the Hampshire / Dorset areas working on technically interesting projects?

This well-established company hold contracts with high profile, world renowned manufacturers within a range of sectors such as the Aerospace / Defence Sector and Manufacturing companies UK Wide. They have grown year on year despite the recent pandemic and have recently won a huge contract with a world leading manufacturer with multiple sites across the Hampshire, Wiltshire and Dorset region. They are therefore looking to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager to assist in the continued growth of the company.

In this role you will be looking after several projects across Hampshire, Dorset and Wiltshire. You will work face to face with the customer to support them on any project based work including the M&E services, installation, service and repair of production machinery, equipment, plant and general building works. You will manage the contractors on site as well as providing quotes to the customer and manage the project from start to finish. This will involve onsite management of turnkey building services installations, building refurbishment, planned and reactive maintenance works, including the estimating, management, and commissioning.

This technically interesting role would therefore ideally suit an experienced Contracts Manager from an industrial background who has worked on industrial / manufacturing sites that is looking to join an expanding, well respected company that are well known to look after their staff through providing job security and progression opportunities.

The Person:Contracts ManagerFrom an industrial / manufacturing backgroundMust have FM / Building Services / M&E backgroundMust be qualified to ONC / HNC in Mechanical or ElectricalMust have a good electrical backgroundLive local to Portsmouth but be prepared to travel to various local sites
