Project Manager - Software Engineering Lab Automation (m/f/d) Are you an experienced Project Manager (m/f) looking for a new project? Our client, a large an international pharmaceuticals company offers an interesting and exciting project as Project Manager (m/f) for a Software Management Solution project.Your role as Project Manager (m/f/d) Support of the preparation of the consolidated project status reportsManagement of project information to support project teams, management teams (e.g. project steering board, etc.) and decision makingSingle point of control for project data, collected from functions (e.g. finance); owns version management and release of changesHandling of Project- and Management meetings (organize project meetings, set agenda, edit and distribute minutes)Guiding, management and tracking preparation for project milestone reviewsCreating and maintaining integrated projectresource- and budget plansTactical coordination of dependencies, timelines and budgets for all projects and functions 2/3Definition and implementation of harmonized, measures and reports key performance indicators (KPIs) for the projects to enable teams and functions to measure and improve quality, efficiency and effectivenessIn the absence of the Project Leader, able to run project team meetingsSet-up and adapt relevant PMO processes and structure in alignment with the PMO Department and relevant stakeholders and ensure process implementation within Project TeamManagement of external providers and tracking of project development activities -This is an excellent opportunity to support and manage a complex environment by successfully applying your Project Management, Communications and Stakeholder Management skills Required skillsSeveral years of project management experience preferably in medical devices in highly regulated industry, focusing on product development projects Prior project management experience in Software environment would be a valuable asset Completed studies in the field of engineering, natural sciences or comparable vocational training or further education Project management certification (e.g. SCRUM, SAFe, IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2) is an advantage Fluency in English is mandatory - spoken and writtenSelf-motivated and proactive project management skillsStrong organizational, methodological and communication skillsAbility to capture complex problems, analyze them and translate them into solutionsAutonomous, structured and goal-oriented working methods and a good team playerSelf-leadership and self-reflection abilitiesInterest in the diagnostics sector and productFurther informationLocation: Zug, SwitzerlandStart date: April 2021 Duration: 12 months Interested?
