Job Title:Salesforce Consultant IR35 Location:Bournemouth, UK Department/Practice:BFSI Job Purpose and primary objectives: As a Salesforce Consultant, you will be required to have an in-depth knowledge of the common Salesforce Knowledge Features. You will need to be able to gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions. You will be need to create the approach and plan for KM content migration & review content creation process. You will need to Design & setup Salesforce Knowledge management system (Data category, Article tagging, migration readiness, workflow setup & approvals) and provide adequate support to project team on Best practices & any general application related queries Key responsibilities (please specify if the position is an individual one or part of a team): ? Working with the Business Analyst / Project Leads to define and understand requirements, challenging where necessary in terms of Salesforce capabilities ? Take business requirements and design Salesforce solutions leveraging the native capabilities of the platform with minimum custom coding ? Working with multiple aspects of the Salesforce Knowledge features across various business units and stakeholders; ? Produce technical documentation and functional specifications for custom implementations ? The technical delivery of custom development, integration and data migration elements within the Salesforce environment and ensuring that code developed is technically sound, working with QA and business test teams for assurance and defect management ? Ability to work as part of a project team or work independently on smaller tasks directly with business users ? Contribute to the Product Backlog for Salesforce in terms of Functional or Technical Debt created or not delivered through day 1 greenfield implementations or extensions ? Able to research solutions and solve technical issues independently ? Strong database management experience is desirable Key Skills/Knowledge: ? Worked on multiple Salesforce Development projects ? Performed implementations and fixes for SFDC Knowledge management ? At least 1 Salesforce certification in both developer and consultant tracks ? Strong knowledge around configuration, integration and customization ? Possess and maintain technical proficiency with Salesforce technology including seasonal updates ? In-depth knowledge of Cloud-based technologies and passion for the CRM field ? Understanding of Agile development principles Experience required: ? Hands-on experience in migrating Content to Salesforce Knowledge Configure Page Layouts, Links, Files ? Configure Knowledge search capabilities Based on Keywords ? Configure profiles, permissions sets to extend required access levels to all these users ? Knowledge Out of Box Version Management ? Solution to Knowledge, Key Words, Attachment to Files ? Exceptional communication and presentation skills ? Desire to work in a dynamic work environment and be creative within a team ? Desire to mentor, teach, and help develop next generation of Salesforce practitioners Duration of the Assignment:6 months
