Enterprise Application Architect£80,000 + £6,000 Car Allowance + BenefitsHome Based - Office in Birmingham & Surrey Experis IT are currently assisting one of our clients in searching for a Enterprise Systems Architect to supports the establishment of reference architectures, integration and solution patterns, use-cases, enterprise designs and product/service standards to drive consistent experiences and reuse across the organisation.Role ProfileThe ideal candidate will have extensive experience with of at least one out of CRM/FINANCE/HR with a high-level understanding of the others.Ensures alignment between complex groups by identifying commonalities and then supporting the various projects and programmes to strategies addressing of issues/ bottlenecks.Provide architecture leadership in the areas of: ERP implementationHRIS Systems implementationSalesforce CRMTake a leading role during discovery/elaboration phases to ensure users and stakeholdersProvide the leadership to bring together business, application, infrastructure and data requirements into a single view of solutions options and recommendations. Requirements The candidate will have proven experience of setting a strategic technology direction through engagement and collaboration with business and external suppliers, within medium and large organisationsThe candidate will have experience of engaging with and influencing a wide range of stakeholders and senior managerA team player who can balance need, risk and pragmatism when developing solutionsProficient skills and experience in techniques to enable the production of designs for complex systems, such as requirements discovery and analysis, formulation of solution context, architecture trade-off analysis, solution alternatives and technology assessment If this role has caught your attention and wish to be considered for the opportunity, please apply for the position for further consideration.
