Your task is to support the management of our applications throughout their life, making sure the organisation maximises its investment in our line of business systems and ensuring that they meet the needs of all of our users.
You'll be part of an established, user-focused application support and development service, responding to issues and helping to resolve problems. You will provide colleagues throughout the organisation with expert support and guidance in the use of their applications, and you will help to identify opportunities for improvements.
We're looking for someone with experience in a similar role supporting and developing portfolios of multiple applications, with deep knowledge of at least one major system. You're adept at juggling support requests at the same time as implementing change through controlled processes, you enjoy helping users with your excellent customer care and communication, and you love using your flare for problem-solving to troubleshoot complex issues.

Although we are currently working remotely, it is important that you will be able to travel to Hounslow when required after restrictions are lifted.
