We're more than digital. We're improving lives.

Your task is to provide training for and support the management of our adults' and children's applications. You will ensure that colleagues in social care have the skills and knowledge they need to use the applications effectively, and you will make sure the applications are well maintained and are operating effectively.

You'll be part of an established, user-focused systems training and support team, responding to issues and helping to resolve problems. You will provide social care colleagues with support and guidance in the use of their applications, and you will help to identify opportunities for improvements.

We're looking for someone with experience in a similar role looking for their next development opportunity. You will need to be familiar with social care processes, policies and practices, and you will need a good working knowledge of social care systems (ideally Liquidlogic).

In return for your skills, we can offer the chance to be part of an inclusive team, within an incredible borough. Hounslow has green spaces, unique history, cosmopolitan hubs and fantastic transport links - in short, it's unlike anywhere else. At the heart of all this is our council, offering flexible working, career development and a whole range of generous benefits.

Join us at the forefront of innovation and use your skills to make a positive impact.

Although we are currently working remotely, it is important that you will be able to travel to Hounslow when required after restrictions are lifted.

You must be eligible to work in the UK.
