.Net Developer / Software Engineer (C# .Net Agile TDD) *Remote Interview WFH*. Would you like to work on complex and challenging real-time systems at a global FinTech whilst developing your skills and enjoying a good work / life balance?

As a .Net Developer you'll be a key member of a multi-disciplinary Agile development team, designing and developing flagship real-time, mission critical internet trading systems, Broker Trading and Exchange Trading System gateways. You'll join the team as they embark on a project to build a new SaaS oil & gas trading platform.

You'll work across the full development lifecycle, gaining exposure to all stages of development including requirements analysis, planning, implementation and delivery. The focus will be on writing on high quality, tested and maintainable code using Pair Programming to partner with talented engineers in a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continual learning through regular tech talks, training and hackathons.

Driven by technology this company is able to offer a remote interview / onboarding process and full-time work from home during social distancing measures; in time you'll join an accomplished a friendly team in City based offices with continued flexibility to work from home 2-3 days a week.

Requirements:

• You have strong backend C# .Net development experience and take pride in developing quality code
• You have a good understanding of the principles of Object Orientated Programming and Computer Science fundamentals such as Data Structure and Design Patterns
• You have some experience with real-time, distributed systems (doesn't have to be in finance)
• Advocate of Agile development methodologies, particularly TDD (Test Driven Development) and Pair Programming
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong academic record of achievement, 2.1 or above gained at a reputable university - Computer Science preferred
