As a team:
Working as part of the UKI Payroll Team, the role holder will be integral in ensuring a smooth and seamless transition of staff transferring to Accenture payroll. The role holder will also have the opportunity to work on a projects initiated by the UKI Payroll Team, and the payroll-related elements of various other company-wide projects and transformation initiatives.

As a Senior Analyst, you will: Work closely with HR, Pensions, our internal V&A team and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and seamless transitions of onboarding employees Ensure monthly payroll runs are timely and free of errors Assist with the development of payroll controls relating to TUPE arrangements Payroll production including input and checking Be point of contact for queries related to V&A payroll
Qualifications
We are looking for experience in the following skills: Excellent knowledge of UK payroll and HR processes/software Accuracy and an eye for detail TUPE transfers and corporate acquisitions Working as part of a busy team in a fast-paced, matrix environment Strong communication skills including clear, professional written and verbal English The ability to work autonomously on own initiative either independently or as part of a team A strong customer focus and polished customer management skills (with experience of working with customers and stakeholders in high pressure environments) A quick thinker with a 'can do' attitude and an aptitude for creativity or the ability to adapt as required Strong organisation skills Good working knowledge of IT Strong team player Ireland payroll knowledge desirable
