We are looking for a Customer Strategy Manager who will play an integral role in shaping the way we identify opportunities, deliver new services, innovate and create value. They will also help to monitor progress and manage risk across the Customer Division and will take the lead on cross-cutting initiatives that require coordination between multiple teams.
The Customer Strategy Manager will have knowledge of UK government and in particular the key stakeholders for the UKHO. They will also be experienced in developing business plans and strategies and will have strong conceptual, project management and team working skills in order to translate strategy, targets and customer needs into requirement statements and develop project proposals and business cases.
