Change Manager - Antrim - Up to £55k Per Year - Permanent My client are looking for a Change Manager to join their team to come onboard and help delivery key pieces of work. You will be involved with managing the change throughout the IT side of the business, leading change management for assigned projects and looking over the risk management.The successful candidate will have previous experience of providing change in a team leader or management position within a complex environment. You'll be well versed in change and project management, and have a strong IT background.Job Spec:Previous experience in a Change or Project Management role.Knowledge and working experience of change management processes.Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge supportively and effectively where appropriate.Relevant certifications such as BCS Specialist Certificate in Change Management, ITIL Service Management Certification, PRINCE 2 Practitioner Certification and evidence of continued professional development/learning.
