My client is recruiting for Azure Experts to reinforce a Cloud Architecture team located south of Brussels building out a multi-cloud solution based on Azure and AWS.

The customer, located south of Brussels, would expect regular onsite presence in their offices as soon as Covid allows it.

Starting in March for 6 months, extendable.

Languages: Fluent English & French, NL is an asset

* You will join the cloud architect team who is responsible in architecting and implementing large scale solutions on mainly but not limited to Azure.

* In the day to day activities, you design secure solutions, create detailed documentation and create ARM based definitions of the solution which are automatically deployed towards different environments using Azure DevOps.

* Before infrastructure is provisioned inside Azure, internal release processes must be followed. You therefore need to lead and follow up the approval and release cycles. Once the infrastructure is fully approved and deployed, you do a handover towards the operational teams who manages the cloud environment.

* Ability to development policies, standards and procedures for the designated service line and to integrate them into the existing systems and processes

* You are used to working independently and on a project basis in a team and has a pragmatic attitude

* Working in an international context

* Demonstrable solution-oriented for new implementations and migrations as a solution architect & executive

* Overall design choices for network / security / generic infrastructure and supporting services, both on prem and in Azure/Aws

* Extensive AZURE knowledge (AZURE Certified Solutions Architect - Professional) & extensive hands-on experience

* Basic AWS knowledge

* Automation by Infrastructure as a Code / Powershell / Python

* Security & cloud governance are in your DNA

* Used to set up templates / landing zones & DevOps Tools

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French

* Knowledge of agile/ scrum

* Problem solving skills and solution orientation

* Proven ability to manage complex organisational changes

* You are open-minded and love a no-nonsense approach

* You are critical; always looking for the 'why' of things

* You are passionate about IT and always focused on quality

* You draw energy from working in a high-tech and continuously innovating environment

* Understanding the complexity of a company in the Pharmaceutical sector.
