We have a fantastic opportunity for an Operations Development Change Manager to join our expanding Delivered Sales team within our Head Office in Deeside, near Chester.

Purpose of the role:

To drive, develop, implement, and evaluate the systems, processes and procedures required to support the short, medium, and long term Delivered Sales initiatives. The main aims being to define the scope of each project, ensure business benefits are clear, ensure that the plans are in line with the overall program, ensure complete buy in from all required Stakeholders and delivery of the overall vision. The overall objective must always be to optimise with the outcome being to drive efficiency and productivity.

Key Accountabilities:

To plan, develop and implement the OD Change Plans outlined strategy to expand the Delivered Sales service in line with the forecasted future growth plans set in the 5-year plan whilst reducing costs in line with the annual challenge

Engage cross-functionally to agree key milestones for delivery

Work closely with the Online team to align the overall delivered sales plans with the Online strategy and ensure that all projects are tracked and communicated accordingly

Continually challenge all ways of working, to innovate and develop people, processes and technology for maximised future growth

Utilise relevant data to drive fact-based decision making and create logical, clear deliverables

Drive the ongoing cost control analysis to deliver all financial targets & drive all initiatives

Provide long and short-term planning to project teams by sharing Iceland's plans, continually reviewing performance across all parties involved in all projects

Skills required:

Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar Operational/Change role

Retail industry background

Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies & tools

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

Experience of budget management

Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships

Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations

Commercial awareness & acute business acumen and understanding or organisational challenges

Proficient with Microsoft Office Products
