We have an opportunity for an experienced developer within the Integration Development team that sits within the Iceland IT Department.

Reporting to the Software Development Manager, you will head up the Ecomm Squad responsible for a range of products including but not exclusive of: - Iceland's Grocery website integrations and new 3^rd party integrations for online innovations. A primarily technical and product focused role with some line management responsibility this position is ideally suited to a senior developer who relishes the opportunity of full technical ownership of key products.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with the Software Development Manager to prioritise the squad backlog

Work with the Software Development Manager to create product roadmaps

Technical design

Line Manager responsibility for all members of the squad (3 developers)

Essential Criteria;

Good understanding of SOLID principles

Working knowledge of Design Patterns

Strong C# (or other OO language)

Strong SQL

Beneficial Criteria (but not essential)

Experience with the following technology stack

.Net Core

Azure DevOps

Serverless technologies

Azure Service Bus / Rabbit MQ (or another message-based stack)

Cosmos Db

Git

Azure Functions

Terraform

Experience of engineering observability into systems

Agile mindset

Appreciation for clean code

Experience of TDD
