Role: Social Media Monitoring Officer

Location: Remote

Duration: Until 30/04/21

Hourly Rate: £15.79

Outside IR35

Exciting opportunity for digital professionals to join an expanding team working on social media for a large digital campaign. You will be dynamic and keen to use digital media to engage with a diverse audience as well as evaluate and regularly report on social media performance.

Skills and Experience

Essential criteria:

Demonstrable experience and detailed understanding of social media platforms in a professional capacity, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube

Experience of using social media scheduling and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, TweetDeck and Brandwatch

Demonstrable experience of working collaboratively to achieve shared outcomes

Ability to analyse and clearly present data and information to a range of audiences

Experience of creating quality content for social channels

Good communication skills, including good written English

Organisation and prioritisation skills with the ability to balance competing priorities

Demonstrable experience in delivering excellent customer service through social channels

Desirable criteria:

Experience of working on successful social media engagement campaigns

Practical experience of using digital content creation and production tools, such as Hootsuite, Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Photoshop or InDesign, GIF makers

Practical experience using basic data processing and analysis tools (e.g. Excel)
