Are you a land agent or acquisition manager that has been involved in the development of large scale energy projects?

Based in Merseyside, this company specialise in the development and construction of large scale solar, energy storage and peaking power projects across the UK. In this role, the Land Acquisition Manager will be responsible for identifying and sourcing suitable land for large scale renewable energy project developments across the UK. You will communicate and negotiate with landowners, agents and other external parties to build relationships and acquire potential sites for projects, present shortlisted sites to the management team, and liaise with internal team in regards to planning, grid connections and legal elements.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role where they have been responsible for land identification and acquisition for energy project development, where you have built relationships with land owners and been involved in the legal and planning consent process.

The role:

*Site identification and acquisition for clean energy projects

*Build relationships and negotiate with landowners and other external parties

*Liaise with internal teams in relation to planning, grid connections and legal aspects of the process

*Travel required

The Person:

*Degree qualified

*Experience in similar role i.e. land agent or acquisition

*Experience in the development of large scale energy projects

*Full UK driving license
