Buyer/Procurement (Seafood)Commutable from Fraserburgh, Banff, St. Fergus, Peterhead, Mintlaw, Maud, AberdeenshireSalary Circa £30,000 - £35,000 + Pension + Company Benefits Are you a Buyer with White Fish knowledge ideally looking to join an industry leading group within the Seafood market? On offer is the opportunity to play a pivotal role in the ongoing success of an already well established and well known organisation. They are a company who pride themselves on their quality of product, service and reliability and are looking for a Buyer with Fish Market experience. This role would suit a someone with strong knowledge of the industry and looking to join a company with an excellent reputation. The Role:

- Procurement of fish from Peterhead and assist Operations Director with fish from other ports

- Quote customers for select white fish and salmon on a daily basis and compile daily dispatch prices

- Check stock to allocate fish towards bulk frozen portion and smoked ordersThe Person:

- Must have strong experience withing the seafood and industry and Procurement
