3+ years of experience in windows client OS deployment or troubleshootingOperationalization of Windows 10 based Core Client:Customization of WIM-Images (Windows OS: Client or Server for Terminal server) ("images")Integrates (Core) Apps using OSD-Task Sequences,Integration of Patches into image.Operationalization Releasemgmt. Core ClientMaintains releases/roadmapCreation of images / major releasesUpdate of images / minor releasesEvergreening of Windows 10 (yearly upgrades to the fall version)SupportManages the resolution of problems and changes for customer clients2nd Level Support for Incidents & Problems, ticket handling3rd Level Support for ProblemsAnalysis, troubleshooting, recreation and fix of complex errorsContinuous improvement: feedback to design authority.Creates and maintains guideline for Images (creation, update, lifecycle)Operate a LAB of images, test new releases (e.g. Win10 evergreening,…)Ensure Quality of core client/imageProvides deployment, installation and support of client-software for designated customer.Participate in troubleshooting calls
