£24,000 - £26,000 basic + OTE £33,000 + Company Van + Remote Working + Private Healthcare + Company ension

My client specialises in the facilities maintenance of general high street stores, pub chains and other areas including the healthcare sector. Due to an increased workload, they require a Building Maintenance Engineer to join them on a permanent basis. As the successful candidate, you'll be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance including, repairs, plumbing, roofing, carpentry and installations for commercial clients. Work for an employer that will trust you to run your own diary and work load in a job that you are essentially your own boss.

The Role

* Building Maintenance Engineer - North Birmingham/Stoke area

* Must hold a valid driving license

* The successful candidate must be able to cover the North Birmingham/Stoke area
